Did La Marmotte 2012. Perfect weather, I cannot imagine doing this in less than perfect. Very tough day. Super fast roll out. We were lucky to be in the early start...with the first 2000 riders!!! If you are not doing it supported, be prepared for anything. Food stops are mayhem but they never run out. I found water stops frequent enough. I didnt go to race it but wanted to survive. My time was 9h:22.

vorige week de marmotte gereden wat een geweldige route maar wel zwaar in het totaal heb ik er 10:27:42 over gedaan smorgens om 8 uur gestart vanuit Bourg d Osains de rit alleen gereden kwam halverwege net voor de col du glandon nog een Nederlander tegen die hem aan het fietsen was in het totaal 189.82 km gefietst 18,1 km p/h 5029 hoogte meters al met al een mooie ervaring kan iedereen hem aanbevelen
