HOW TO ENTER
To enter, electronically register via the "best climber of all time" web page, located at http://www.climbbybike.com/best-climber-of-all-time.asp.
Your registration must be completely filled out in order to qualify. Only one entry per e-mail address. Climbbybike must receive registration no later than 12:00 midnight (EST) on the last date of the specified contest dates.
SELECTION OF WINNERS
Winners will be selected within 30 days after the expiration date of the contest.
Winners will be chosen from submitted, qualified, web entries received by specified deadline date whereby the additional question (How many votes will the Climber of All Time receive?) will be a determining factor.
All entries received outside the given dates will be discarded. The number of eligible entries received will determine the odds of winning.
PRIZES
No substitution of the prize is permitted. Entries made on the Internet will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. In the event of a dispute, potential winner may be required to provide proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the potentially winning entry.
All winners will be notified by e-mail by climbbybike personnel, with further details regarding their prize. Return of any prize or prize notification may result in forfeiture of the prize. In the event of noncompliance by the winner, an alternative winner may be awarded the prize.
ELIGIBILITY
These contests are open to residents of all countries, of all ages. Employees of Climbbybike and anyone involved with the production of this
contest and their families are not eligible. Decisions of Climbbybike are final in all instances.
Prizes are non-transferable. If Climbbybike is unable to contact the winner or if the winner fails to claim or accept his/her prize
within 10 calendar days of notification, the prize is forfeited and a substitute winner may be chosen. Participants in this promotion agree
to be bound by the official rules and decision of Climbbybike. Contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
GENERAL
The winner accepts responsibility for all federal, state and local taxes and fees in connection with winning this contest.
By entering, winner releases Climbbybike and its agents from all liability with respect to the use of the prizes awarded herein,
agrees to be bound by these rules, and consents to the use of their name (may include city & state) in the announcement of the
winners on the Climbbybike site, Newsletter, Publisher and/or Developer site, use of their name and likeness for advertising
and/or promotional and/or marketing purposes without additional compensation.
The Prize Publisher, Developer and/or Distributor are not responsible for this contest and have no affiliation with Climbbybike.
All matters with prizes related to the Prizes are the responsibility of Climbbybike. Climbbybike assumes no responsibility for
illegible, lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete entries, system errors and failures, faulty or delayed transmissions, or other
telecommunications malfunctions. No photocopied or mechanically reproduced entries allowed. Climbbybike and/or its Sponsors reserve
the right, at their sole discretion, to cancel, terminate or suspend the online promotion should any unauthorized intervention
or other cause beyond the control of Climbbybike and/or its Sponsors affect the administration or proper play or conduct of the
promotion. Climbbybike reserves the right to revise procedures mentioned in these rules at any time.
