I rode this in may 2010 from just outside moutiers. I thought it was harder than it looks here as it was unrelenting at just over 32km. It passes through some lovely villages and ski resorts st Martin de Belleville and les menuires. Very quiet at the beginning but then joins slightly busier roads however much quieter than the nearby climb to courchevel.
