One of the top ascents of the Bernese Oberland, the Grosse Scheidegg, is despite its name lower than its namesake, the Kleine Scheidegg. The pass connects Grindelwald to Meiringen and Innertkirchen. The only passage between the Schwartzhorn (north) and the Wetterhorn.
