I rode up the Col de la Madeleine from La Chambre on a cold misty day in Julu 2011 (28th). I really love this climb for its varied gradient climbing up through the cloud and beyond the ski station to the top. Everything an Alpine climb should be.

Did this climb on the 16th of June (2012) and what an impression it made. It''s heavy, but beautiful. And when you reach the top a gorgeous view on the Alpes is there to welcome you. Try it!
