The BearTooth Highway is a breathtaking stretch of US 212, connecting Red Lodge & Cooke City, MT. - the hard way, by scaling the BearTooth Range. 32 lakes can be seen from near the West Summit, this is truly on "Top of the World". The top of this climb is situated at 3337 meters (or 10948 feet). The route is not displayed on the Google Earth file as it could not be created on GE. - CBB -

Your map isnt complete. You seemed to the the climb at the 9300 foot lookout. Beartooth Pass highway climbs to nearly 11,000 feet with the most difficult part of the climb above 10,000 feet. Plus there are two summits and the back side of pass is just a brutal. Please recalibrate this climb by actually ending it at one of the summits.
