Toughest climb in SE U.S. hands down. 9.25 miles of grades reaching 18%. Numerous small downhills make getting into a rhythm virtually impossible. This climb should be ranked higher than it is due to change of pace considerations. And yes, max grade is 18% or so my Garmin has told me 3 times consistently.
