Stories, information and comments from Odarumi Toge climbers
Story by Jens from Tokyo, Japan, submitted on 07/06/2012
Cycled up last weekend. Its a good ride, very few cars or motorbikes on the road (unlike Mount Fuji). Wasn''t as steep as I thought, but quite a long ride. Has a long flat portion around halfway. No vending machines along the way, bring plenty of drinks. There is food/drinks at the top station though. Rained really hard around the peak for 30 minutes late afternoon, local climbers said this happens very often, so better bring some rain gear.
