I never climbed from Carreira, but from Santo Tirso,km 0 of EN 319, several times a year; some data: distance - 6.16 km, Height start - 48 m, height top - 444m, gradient - 400m, average 6%, maximum 16%. I rated it 3, because of the physical difficulty it offers to ME, but I inform you, it makes recently part of the Volta a Portugal (Tour du Portugal) and is classified to level 2; scenery is breathtaking and is well worth the climb; stunning views from the top to Santo Tirso, the town nearby; highly recommended in my opinion
