Leaving from Sisquoc, through foxen canyon to the 154 and going the back way through happy canyon up fig down figueroa back home through foxen canyon I have to say this ride is epic, challenging and not for the faint of heart. Total climbing is above 7000 feet for this journey. I would say that for any cyclist that calls himself a cyclist this is a must. The Discovery team used this route to train for hills. If its good enough for them well that is enough to be said about this epic ride.
