good roasd surface with no sudden changes in gradient. Doesn't get the sun so comfortable in ascent and chilly going down. Not much traffic, but perhaps in summer it would be different.

I climbed this mountain at 2 februari 2010. I rented a bike in Barcelona (www.terradiversions.com, very good service) and folowed a route along Sant Cugat - Rubi - Terrassa - Olesa de Montserrat to Monistrol de Montserrat with one climb in it already. This was about a 3 hour ride so far. The climb itself costed me 45-50 minutes. The climb is in the shadow side of the mountain, which was nice on the way up, but cold on the way down. At a sertain point a sign said 1.6km to the monistary, but it was way more from there. The last kilometre, after passing the barrier for the parkinglot, was by far the hardest. A nice climb with a new view at every corner and except for the end never realy steep.
