SS79 road from Terni towards Marmore and Rieti and after 4.4km take the turning Right at the Bivio Il Focolare (Bar/Restaurant = 295 m.). The road is steep through woods to a junction after approx. 1km; turn Left here for Miranda. There are two steep sections (max 10-12%)to another junction (Rancio/Marmore on your left). Continue on main road for Miranda (another steep section max. 10%), the last 0.5km quite easy to the classic Umbrian village of Miranda (580 m.) with good view of Terni in the valley.
