I did this climb 2011. I was only 13 years old then, and that was the toughest thing I ever done. I came up with 34-23, but it took me ages. 1:15:00 was my time up to the top, who is about 600 meters before you reach juvasshytta. then the climb was 13,2 km whit an averange 9,9%

Rode it yesterday, and it is HARD! Steep all the way, with only two short flat parts. I think this is tougher than Galibier (and Stelvio). The road surface is paved and smooth-ish, but on the way down you notice all the bumps. Check you brakes before you start.

I did the ride in 2010, and the road was fine, no gravel at all, even though the asphalt was a bit bumpy.

I did this climb in July 2007... It was the hardest climb I ever did!! 13,7 km with 9,5% average and peaks of 20%!! Gruesome climg with in the middle section 3 kms of gravel.
