Although it seems stunning to do a 40km climb the long side of the Julier Pass is, appart from the very first and last kms, a walk in the park. There are many parts of the climb even my grandma can take! Apart from this you come through a lot of nice villages as Savognin, and have some great views from this side. Traffic can be heavy...
