This is really made up of two main climbs. Blaze Hill out of Bollington is straight and tough for a few hundred yards then eases up, then over the main Macc road you can take it easier until you wind up at the bottom of the seriously steep Pym Chair climb (see separate entry), where you really need your good legs on.I always treat them as separate, because I need the rest!
