The Hirzel is more or less a roller Hill. You can use a big gear and easily ride up it. It doesnt have any steep parts. The only negative point is that it always has a lot of cars on it and the road isnt all that wide at some points. It does have a bikeway hooked onto the road at some parts but its also used by pedestrians and its not very wide at all. I do not recommend using it.
