I did this in MTB, doing the Camino de Santiago in a packed bike. It is truly very hard, and the psychological effect is to be regarded as well, because the road is goes straight with a steep gradient, a turn, and another steep gradient, which is a bit demoralizing. It gives you a brethaer towards the end, with 11-13 %, which looks flat compared with the rest. There''s no facilities, but I look forward to do it again.

Sorry for my bad english. I usually go to the ""Costiña de Canedo"" three times in a week, situated in a fantastic and beautiful place called ""Castro de Beiro"". Is a short but a very hard climb. I always climb tis mountain in a mountain bike, it took me 16 minutes aprox, and the average speed is between 7.0 and 7.5km/h. When you arrive at the top you have a very nice and curved descent of 6km aprox situated in the other side of the mountain with a impressive green landscape, with a lot of threes and plants, several mountains around. This is one of my favourites climbs and iahave to reasons the difficult of the slope and because of the impressive landscape
