Beautiful col and one of the harder cols of the Alpes with a nice panorama on the Lauzière massif.

Did this as part of the Cyclosportive ""Course de la Madeleine"" so its 75km of racing before you get to the bottom of the Col at La Chambre. Climbed it in 1h45 under the noon sun and it was stunning. Very regular, no real ramps, just a constant slog with very little shade. The views from the top are beautiful. In terms of difficulty - still ranks below Telegraphe/Galibier in my view.
