The ride is as hard as many in the alps the col is not marked there is a section that is 16% that rises to 21% for about 100m the last two KM are not really part of the climb. It is relentless with the hardest bit at about 14km. Hinault pulled out of this one. Great training ride and often part of the Midi Libre Mt Aiguoal cyclosport.
