I have done this one twice in the last 3 months. Once it was cold as and the last time it was hot.Came from Fribourg via Yverdon to Ste Croix and finished with this little leg snapper. Take the road up through the back of baulmes and start grinding straight away. The road is great. Its small and winds its way through the forest. Not much traffic at all to deal with, so youve got the road to yourself. Its a struggle with the 11%+ grade and it doesnt back off til the first cattle grid at the top, Your heart rate will hit the ceiling and stay there, your legs will be asking for a break and youll be looking for more gears.8-9km/hr was the best I could maintain.Have a go at it!
