This really is an incredibly hard climb and only possible on a mountain bike or maybe a cross bike. It starts at the top of Col Deux Alpes but I started from Bourg D''Oisons so went up Deux Alpes first mainly via the cross country / trail route rather than the road. On to Jandri proper and it just gets harder and harder as it goes up - even though it is a track not a road it is pretty easy navigation as the track goes all the way to the top to service the ski stations up there - but it gets steeper and steeper and looser and looser as you go up. I got within 2km of the top where it really kicks up - repeated ramps of 20 to 25% on loose gravel and never less than 10% for any of the last several KM apart from a short flat section - I eventually ran out of time and energy and had to turn around, it was barely even walkable by that stage. It *is* climbable but next time I do it I will start from Deux Alpes, and take more food with me.
My personal climb rating:

Question: is this climb also for race bikes or are there parts of the climbs which are not on asphalt and should only be done by mountainbike? [answer CBB: MTB]
